Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026. This policy explains what AppTeky collects when you use appteky.com or work with us, and what we do with it.
Who we are
AppTeky is a Flutter development studio based in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. For anything in this policy you can reach us at appteky@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a contact form, email us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call, we receive your name, email address, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us about your project.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Client project data. During an engagement we may be given access to your systems, repositories or datasets. We treat that as your confidential information, not ours, and handle it under the terms of the agreement we sign with you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver, support and invoice the work you engage us for.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to run our business — website and app hosting (Google Firebase), email (Google Workspace), scheduling (Calendly), and messaging (WhatsApp). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms, and only to the extent needed to provide their service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Records tied to a paid engagement are kept for as long as the law requires us to retain business and tax records. You can ask us to delete anything sooner.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party content, such as a Calendly booking widget, may set its own cookies when you interact with it; those are governed by that provider's policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to appteky@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here rather than applied quietly.
